FLUID RECOMMENDATIONS

All front differentials in the 3 speed automatics (A131L) use Dexron II.

DRAIN & REFILL

See Figures 1, 2 and 3

Only the 3 speed automatic (A131L) transaxles have a separate front differential unit.

  1. Loosen the filler plug for the differential.
    2.  
  2. To remove the plug from the differential on A131L models, use a 10mm hexagon wrench.
    3.

  1. Reinstall and securely tighten the plug.

  1. Add new oil (Dexron II) through the filler hole till it begins to runout then tighten the plug.
