REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

See Figure 1

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
    2.  
  2. Remove the back door inside garnish trim.
    3.  
  3. Remove the trim panel.
    4.

  1. Disconnect the links from the door control and door lock cylinder.
    2.  
  2. Remove the bolts and the door lock control with solenoid.
    3.  
  3. Remove the cylinder retaining screws, then the cylinder.
    4.  

To install:
  1. Install the door lock cylinder and secure with the retaining screws.
    2.  
  2. Install the bolts and the door lock control with the solenoid.
    3.  
  3. Connect the links to the door control and door lock cylinder.
    4.  
  4. Install the trim panel.
    5.  
  5. Install the back door inner garnish trim.
    6.  
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
